Not working after 1.6.2 update | WordPress.org

I am unable to smush my images after updating today. The first image I rec’d a message that it couldn’t find the image even though it is contained in my wp uploads. The next image I tried I rec’d the timed out message that I have seen before.

It’s down for me as well. All sites I run it on, all down since the update. Using a replacement plugin to do the job temporarily. If you guys want it, it’s calls Imsanity
