   Hi, i have the same problem. I upgraded to wordpress 3.5 and the tabs does not show.

   got same problem using wpdialog buttons for popups
   had problems with other plugins and 3.5
   on main site
   whole site slowed down in admin area after upgrade reinstalled 3.4.2
   wait for official update
