Not Validating Form

    WPCF 7 is not validating its form even in php mode (ajax disabled)

    the input fields has the class ‘wpcf7-validates-as-required’
    and after submit the form page loads again with ‘#wpcf7-f350-p48-o1’ appended to the url

    the input field should have the added class ‘wpcf7-not-valid’ but it doesn’t.

    why is not validating?
