I'm not sure what I've done here because the site used to validate just fine. Now it gets 186 errors - nearly all of them of the "entity" type. That ampersand appearing in the titles!

Any idea how this happened and how I can fix it?

look at the source .. you can see whats causing those errors -- its the share this stuff at the bottom of the posts.
Your choices are to fix the plugin so that the ampersands are encoded properly: "&", live with it, or ditch the plugin (possibly find another similar one).
