My clients site uses this plugin for classes she teaches. In the past week about 5 of her students have reported that “They get a blank page when they click the pay button, or if they are taken to Paypal, can’t go any further to pay.” She also said this was reported a few times about a month ago.

I’ve checked the code which is fine and tested the purchases on the 4 main browsers, logged in to PP and went up until just before I made the final purchase. And I have had no problem. Could this be a PP issue? I’ve suggested to her to have her clients clear the browser cache and try again.

FYI I inherited this site recently. Did not create it and WP has not been updated in a few years. I will be doing so after this big event she has, which is requiring more site traffic, is over.

Any insights you may have would be appreciated
    Great and Easy plugin, BTW
    Thanks

I would definitely recommend that you upgrade the WordPress version first. If it hasn’t been updated then it is very outdated so do that for sure.

How much PHP memory do you have available on this site?

The web host has a standard limit of 64mb. I can change that though. Do I really need to?

    She’s running 3.3.1
I plan to upgrade the software after this event she is planning…as right now she’s got a lot of traffic on the site.

    Thanks for your help

Hi @artbabe44, WordPress version 3.3.1 is definitely very old and should be upgraded as soon as possible for security and stability purpose.

The standard limit of 64mb is very low and limited. You should update to 128mb minimum but preferably 256mb. Always give WordPress and plugins room to breathe 😉

    My humble opinion.

    Kind regards
