Not So Simple Image Logo

Hi ppl noobie doobie dooo here, i just want to know what code i need to place a logo at the top of my weblog page. Other issues i want to know about are

1) How can i set its alignment ?
2) How can i set its dimensions to the page (height and width) ?
3) Finally how do i remove the WP default title text and link ?
