    In source of your page are mssing scripts jQuery and upprev.js.

    Why? Don’t now.

    Check theme/plugins, maybe they deregister jquery?

    Mayby some “optimalization” scripts? CDN?

    Something broks loading upprev.js.

    Other things are ok. #upprev_box is there. Options are loaded, but missing “main” script.

    I looked up the issue with jquery, and unblocking it resolved the issue.
