   New users are not getting email notification of the password to allow them to Blog.
   Also when you request lost password i get the following
   "The e-mail could not be sent.
   Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function..."

   I have checked with my ISP and they say they do not block mail and can see no reason why i am having problems.

   I have looked for a fix but my searches only find one fix to do with php send details and is not relavate to want i understand.

   Also there must be a file that sets up mail details is it wp=email.php and if so can some one give me help with the set up.

   The site is hostee on a Unix box and is virtual hosting using Plesk

   Appreciate any help

   I have given up and just before looking at loading a diiferent Blog gave the earlier version a try, which was part of my Plesk control panel ,, and it works fine.. so any one else with the above problem go back to the earler version
