Not sending download link

Hi,

Thanks for the great plugin. It works great on one site of me, but at another the email with download link doesn’t get sended.

I’v check everything, even all the posts here.
I’ve got latest WordPress, Download monitor plugin, Contact Form 7 and Email before Download. Even uninstalled and reinstalled everything.
Compared the database options from the working site with the not working site. But nothing.

What can I do?

This is the site It’s the widget in the right sidebar.
