The CSS is looking for the image in /blog/wp-content/themes/Starburst/images/burst.gif . Is burst.gif there?

No. It’s in Themes. I guess I should move it, right?

I added the Images directory and uploaded the gif but I’m still not seeing the design.

I don’t know why. I see it in my ftp program. Any ideas?
Captialization counts. You said you created an “Images” directory; so go to http://www.scoremoreclients.com/blog/wp-content/themes/Starburst/Images/burst.gif and you should see the image. If your design is pointing at: http://www.scoremoreclients.com/blog/wp-content/themes/Starburst/images/burst.gif either fix your code or rename the “Images” directory or “images”.

That’s probably it, I’ll fix that and try again. Have to run now, hopefully this will get it. Take care.
