I’m also experiencing rotating problems.
It looks like a Jquery Conflict according to Firebug:
[cycle] unknown transition: ; slideshow terminating
how do I fix or work around that?

Try resaving your Rotator. Do you have a link as well?
I am also having the same problem. I only have two testimonials and have tried re-saving several times.
Here is the page I am having no transitions with the testimonials:

Thanks for the link, can you post the shortcode you used to embed it?
Possibly a problem with using the slug as the id in the shortcode. If you need it working right away use the ID to get it working. IE: [testimonial_rotator id=647]

ok, the bug has been found and fixed. Version 1.3.1 has been submitted to WordPress.org and should be available in your sites soon.

I had installed your plugin and added 3 testimonials – But short code is coming but not the Testimonials. What might be the reason? And tried all short codes: [testimonial_rotator id=647], [testimonial_rotator id=567] [testimonial_rotator id=407] Help me..
I have the same problem, testimonials not rotating. I have searched the forums and tried everything with no luck.
Any ideas?
