Not registering mutiple groups

    I have installed the MailChimp widget.

    The problem I am encountering is that when someone signs up for multiple groups (the OPTIONS features for checkboxes). It does not seem to register them in those groups.

    Any advice help would be appreciate.

    Hey there!

    Currently, checkboxes will not pass over subscriber information without a little extra work. WP user Ruud@joyo came up with a way to alter the actual code for the plugin to pass this information correctly:

    If digging into the PHP isn’t your thing, the other option is to switch the groups to “radio buttons” or a “dropdown.” Both of those will pass information back to the list as expected.

    This is another issue we’re hoping to get squared away with the newest release. The other workaround is to use the embedded form from your MailChimp account to get everything to all groups to load. You can then style that embedded form via CSS.
