I’ve been looking around for months for the best mobile photo viewer, and if the demo is anything to go by then Jaipho is the pick of the bunch at the moment (just missing social icons).

However, I’ve tried installing it for my website’s gallery (at: http://personallicencescourses.co.uk/course-venues-gallery) and it’s not being recognised at all by any of the mobile browsers I’ve tried viewing it with.

My site uses one of the biggest-selling premium responsive themes called Inovado, which allows its default lightbox to be turned off for smartphones but that still doesn’t help.

I should point out that I’m using WPs default gallery, and I’ve tried disabling all the other plugins, but that didn’t make any difference.

The WPJaipho settings page appears in my wordpress control panel, but apart from that it’s as if its not even installed. So if anyone can solve this for me I’d be really grateful – as Jaipho looks like a great plugin.

    Thanks,
    Ben

    Hi Ben,
Right now, WpJaipho can not handle the lightbox gallery solutions. I plan to solve this problem in the future.

However, I see that you meanwhile added a photoswipe on your site. I guess you actually closed the issue with it, and that we can close this topic?

p.s. Link you pasted in first post is invalid – there is an extra ) at the end. You might consider to update it.

Thanks for letting me know about that tole.car – nice to know there’s good support for this plugin if I use it in future.

Unfortunately this forum removes the option to edit a post after there’s been a response to it. So here’s the corrected link, for future reference: http://personallicencescourses.co.uk/course-venues-gallery

    Best,
    Ben
