Not re-sizing custom image sizes.

    Installed and enabled just fine and my custom image sizes show up in the settings list. When uploading an image however it only creates the medium and large versions of the image, ignoring thumb and custom images.

    It fails when completely when the Image engine is set to PHP module but works on command line. I’m using WP 3.5.1.
