Not possible to add locations

After having problems with showing the imported addresses as written in my former post, I deleted and reinstalled both SLP4 and Pro.
Now it is not possible to add locations at all – the forms Add and Import don’t show up.
I have tried it in Safari and Firefox.
Can anyone help please?
