Download Monitor is not logging the downloads. Email before download sending emails with the address and the download info, but not logging them in the database, any idea what's going on?

Download Monitor is not logging the downloads. Email before download sending emails with the address and the download info, but not logging them in the database, any idea what's going on?

Make sure the address is linking to the download-monitor link, and not the actual address of the file. If the link doesn't go through download-monitor, it won't be tracked.
