   When I have a post with no comments and I clic in the link to post a comment, everything goes all right: I am redirected to de zone on the page where i can write a comment. But if there are any comments, then when I clic I am just redirected to the upper part of the post. It looks like the #respond works ok but the #comments not.

   Try changing <div id="commentblock"> to <div id="comments"> in comments.php
