   Hi,

   I unzipped the contents and created a sub directory within the httpdocs named blogs and uploaded all the files and folders.
   When trying to access the http://www.your_site.com/blogs/wp-admin/index.php page to install i get Http 404 error file or directory not found.

   I am working on IIS :)

   You should be running:
   http://example.com/blog/wp-admin/install.php

   Please read the Installation docs located on here.

   This doesn't work either -- same error.
