I see the Forums option in the menu page, but I want a page that shows all my forums. I don't want to have each forum linked in the menu, although that's not a bad feature.

Okay, so this can be a little tricky to figure out at first. You have a few options:
If you are using the bbp-twentyten theme that comes with bbPress, it comes bundled with a bunch of page templates that you can use to make your forum index. You'll also want to make sure that you set your forum root to match whatever you set this page to be.
If you're using another theme and letting bbPress handle everything else, you'll probably want to either use a normal WordPress page with some shortcodes, or make a page at domain.com/forums and then use that in your menus.

I tried the shortcode on a page with no luck. I posted the issue over at bbPress.org too. You're my first response, so thank you.

It's the bbPress link in the menu. As you can see I have a Forum link too. That's for Simple:Press, but it's currently deactivated so I can try this. Could I be having a conflict?
What version of bbPress are you using? You have a physical folder on your server titled 'bbpress' which is overriding anything you have installed.
I'm using the most recent one on the WP Plugins site. I deleted the bbPress folder. Now I'm getting a link to an image.
Can you update your install to the latest version (2.0 RC 2) and see if this helps?
Do you have a WordPress page with the slug "bbpress" created? If so, what do you have in there? Did you manually change your forum root to equal 'bbpress' ?
