I added a simple contact form to my "About" page using the contact form plugin http://www.vegansoiree.com/about/ I am not receiving any mail from it and have tried it several times and ways. Am I supposed to put my email address in the code or something? I assumed that it would automatically send it to my registered WordPress email where I get all my comments sent.

What contact form plugin are you using? Did you read the documentation, FAQS or readme for that plugin?
