I am not receiving any email from the Contact Form 7.

It worked when I installed it a while ago, but stopped. Maybe updates are incompatible?

All other email addresses all delivering to that email with no problems.

It's odd that some other peoples contact 7 forms are working and others aren't.. Cant get any support on this issue.. PLEASE Help... It takes alot of time to build these forms on our sites and then only to find out that they aren't working correctly...SAME HERE: Spam filters are off and All other email addresses all delivering to that email with no problems.

Posted 2 years ago #I am having the same problem. I have Contact Form 7 on multiple sites. Maybe it has something to do with the upgrades? I don't know. Not in spam and all other email goes through great.
Does anyone have another contact form plugin to suggest?

Posted 2 years ago #I had the same problem with Contact Form 7. To fix it, I installed the plugin WP Mail SMTP and configured it to my email. That fixed my problem and now the emails send fine.

Posted 1 year ago #No. Everything should work perfectly now! If something happens and the emails don't send anymore, reconfigure your email in WP Mail SMTP and that should do it! I have had to do that once.
