    A quick Google search suggests that this may be a sign of a compromised site. If you didn’t create rrr.php or a link to it, then you should obviously be concerned. I’d proceed on the basis that someone has attempted to break into your site and I’d start with reading this codex page:

    This has happened to my site. I’ve read the FAQ but am still not sure what files to look at, can someone be more specific?

    OK, I’ve found the offending plugin – Google Analytics has been hacked and after deactivating the plugin the error message disappears. I’m now not sure whether to delete the offending plugin and reinstall or just forget it. Should I be telling Google about this hack?

    Thanks pigyard. That was exactly the culprit. I deactivated the “Easy Google Analytics Dashboard” plug-in, and the /rrr.php error is gone. I’ll try to notify the plug-in author, though I would hope he knows.
