I've seemed to have lost all posts on the backend of my site and none of the links on the front page are working. My Host provider suggested i change my permalink to default & do a hard refresh on the browser...but this did not work.
Not sure what to do now, or if anyone else has had similar problems?

Did you change the URLs in Settings > General?
Is the status of the posts "Published"?

no. the backend of the site says , "No Posts Found" so can't tell if it says published or not. The only thing that seems to be intact are the stats, and comments

Did you move the site or change anything else? Have you tried deactivating all plugins and changing to the default theme (always worth trying)?
