Not collapsed on default continued

I need to reopen this topic because the fix mentioned in the previous topic (http://wordpress.org/support/topic/moo-collapsing-archives-not-collapsed-on-default?replies=5) did not work for me. I installed the Moo Collapsing Archives and the default settings have my archive years expanded and they won’t collapse. When I hover over the years, I don’t see the text box “collapse years”. Below is a link to my site so you can see the issue. My archive is in the sidebar.

Can anyone tell me where I would edit the code to fix this, specifically which plugin file and line? Months ago, I sent an email to the developer and also posted the issue on their site (http://www.3dolab.net/en/mootools-collapsing-categories-and-archives), but I never received an answer.
