Why does not all of the WordPress widgets not show? For instance, the Ultimate Ultimate TinyMCE does not show up while in the blocks. I see Rich Text but not Ultimate TinyMCE.

At the moment I've done my best to ensure that all basic widgets and plugins work with Page Builder. The problem comes in when a widget uses a lot of JavaScript, like I'm sure Ultimate TinyMCE does. WordPress has a standard way of handling widget forums, so this is how I was able to use widgets in Page Builder. There isn't a standard way for widgets to use JavaScript though. Without a standard, there isn't a way for me to ensure everything will work perfectly.

That said, over time I'd like to work with various plugin developers to make their widgets compatible with Page Builder.

The folks at Ultimate TinyMCE are willing to solve any problems. Should I invite them over?

    Hi Greg (and Ron),

Josh Lobe here. Co-Developer of Ultimate Tinymce.

I'll be installing Page Builder on my test site later today, and starting to get familiar with the plugin... and beginning to troubleshoot.

I'm happy to alter my code (in an acceptable manner) to get these playing nicely together.

    Nice plugin, Greg :)

@RonDsy, which one of the widgets is not working properly? I just tested with the PHP widget, and it appears to work perfectly.

Please provide a specific set of steps to help us replicate your issue.

    Thanks!!

    Hi Josh,

Thank you for your willingness to collaborate on the integration of Ultimate TinyMCE with Page Builder.

    Brief history:

What I perceived as a bug when adding Black Studio TinyMCE Widget is intended. I was seeing the content from Page Builder being duplicated in the Visual Editor. I could not delete the content found in the Visual Editor - so I thinking it was a bug.

Greg utilizes the Visual Editor as a container for all of Page Builder block content so that a SEO plugin can then see the content from the entire page. Great idea, however I was reporting this as a bug.

    Josh,

This is the response on the problem trying to integrate Ultimate TInyMCE as a Page Builder widget.

    Hopefully this can be resolved.
