I have a custom post type called domains, of which I have 54 posts, all of which are published and live on the site.
Your plugin only allows me to select 10 of these posts, the other 44 are nowhere to be seen so cannot map domains to them.

Check out the new version (1.3.2) - this issue was addressed and should be fixed.
