Not all Pages showing up in Admin (3 posts)

Since I upgraded to the newest version of WordPress I cannot see all of my pages in the admin panel. If I go to Pages, it lists 25 of my pages but says that I have 40. I have changed the screen settings to be 100 but it still only shows 25. If I change the screen settings to be less than 25, it will show two screens but if I click on screen 2 to see the rest of them, nothing happens.

I thought it may be a conflict with one of my plugins but I disabled all of the plugins and it still will not show me all of my pages.

My next thought is that maybe it is something in my custom theme so I tried changing to one of the "stock" themes like "Twenty Eleven" and it does not actually change the theme. And of course I still cannot see all of my pages.

Any thoughts on what the problem may be? The website in question is http://www.gourmetrecipesforone.com
