   When I upgraded to 3.2.1 My site got a little bit jumbled. I managed to fix most things (which was a good learning experience) and I managed somehow to get my homepage to look right. However on all the other pages especially my blog page a lot of the adsense adds are not in there boxes.

   See if you have the old widgets in the 'deactivated' section of your widgets page.
