Not all files are uploading to CDN

    I am having an issue where some upload files are not copying across. (self hosted cdn).

    It seems to not upload some of the images in the upload folder, where wordpress has different sizes of the original file to make them more suitable for the location it is being used in.

    It does the originals and some variations of the original, but not what the theme is using to display the images.

    Any idea?
