    Hi there!
Can anyone tell me why I am not able to Log Out from my WP Dashboard just after installing Windows 8.1?
It was working like a charm in Windows 7 ;)
Also, I contacted many Guest Authors on my Blog and they said they are successfully able to logout.
I have tried uninstalling W3 Total Cache but still no relief :(
This is the error when I am logging out,

    Set-Cookie: wordpressuser_eaba861aa0066ea3d1c6ff25e68bb92d=+; expires=Tue, 27-Nov-2012 09:22:13 GMT; path=/

    Set-Cookie: w3tc_logged_out=
    Vary: Accept-Encoding,User-Agent
    Location: wp-login.php?loggedout=true
    Content-Encoding: gzip
    Content-Length: 20
    Connection: close
    Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8

When I am logging out in Firefox, I am getting the above text directly, While in other browsers, It automatically downloads a PHP file with the above text in it.

This is my Blog - TechBin.org

Please anyone, If know a fix, HELP ME :)

    Thanks in advance!

I've got the exact same configuration, windows 8.1, plugin W3 Total Cache and cannot log out, and I just realised that my page are not updated straight away.

Well, there's no problem in W3TC.
    It works fine.
Even I tried disabling it but still I was not able to Log Out.
Your pages, maybe, are not updating instantly as you may be having Advanced Caching in your W3TC.

There's some Updates in my case, too :D
    1. Now, Whenever I Logout, I don't get the text which I was getting earlier. Instead, the webpage just keeps loading and loading.
    2. I am successfully able to Logout when using Safari browser or Mozilla Firefox latest Nightly version.
    3. Even some days ago, I was able to Logout from my existing Firefox browser, but next day again the problem arrived :(

Also, I have seen that not only on my Blog, I am not able to Logout from many other sites also, like Amazon and even my WordPress account (from which I am posting this :P )
So I strongly think that It is because of Windows 8.1

I have tried different browsers and even different PCs. I just cannot log out. One common thing is that both the PCs run Windows 8.1.

I am having the same problem. I appear to be logged out, but if I go to mysite.com/wp-admin without the "http://", I am sent straight to my dashboard with no login page whatsoever. This is a huge security issue, and it is disappointing and worrisome that a Mod has not weighed in on this. Anyone from WP here?

Oh, I am using Windows 7, so this appears to be happening across multiple platforms.

This problem may be even weirder, double that you are not facing - http://wordpress.org/support/topic/serious-security-issue
