Not able to edit galleries in visual editor in 3.9

Hello,

I’m unable to edit galleries consistently via the visual editor after upgrading to 3.9.

I am dealing with pages that have multiple galleries (sometimes 6+) and even though I am occasionally able to edit the first or second gallery, attempting to edit further down the page just kicks the visual editor window back to the top of the content. I have deactivated all plugins and tried several of the default themes, and they all behave the same way. Does anyone have any ideas / able to replicate this issue?
