Hello,
Maybe I'm doing something wrong but for all the plugins I try to download from this site, I always get a "404 File Not Found" page error.
For example, this one:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/feedwordpress/
Clicking on the "download" icon yields the 404 not found page (for me at least).
Any ideas? Appreciate the help.

Looks like someone deleted the plugin database!
Maybe they are upgrading something?

I don't think you're doing anything wrong. Like Munnday said it looks like the plugin directory has been moved/removed from the server.
That's a bit unnerving to say the least.

Oof. I'm glad to find this.
I'm upgrading an installation, and I've been getting 404 errors for all the plugins I'm trying to download, and couldn't understand why -- at first I thought it had to do with the Dashboard Automatic Upgrade, but I couldn't open the links manually either...
SO... it's not just me.
Anyone know what's going on? Seems like this just started within the hour -- I was able to download some plugins earlier...

Glad to know I'm not crazy! Well, at least not because of this specific instance anyway.
Hopefully it all gets sorted out shortly.

the download server for plugins is probably down for maintenance or something. Been having the same problem all night with downloading plugins
