Please try to:
– disable all plugins
– use the default theme
– make sure you WP install is up to date
Till how many day we have to use default theme.
Can you add tags and see the editing toolbar when using the default theme?
There is no requirement to use the default theme/plugins. You can do what you want, when you want with your WordPress website.
We are asking to find out if these issues are caused by a theme or plugin.

That’s not the default Twenty Eleven theme. And you still have a number of active plugins.
Yup I have removed default theme now and all plugin are active.
You should never delete the default WordPress theme. Having access to an unedited version of the theme is vital when dealing with a range of site issues.
The steps you were given were part of a troubleshooting process but if you cannot follow those steps, then we cannot help you.
I have not deleted the default theme, i can activate it any time. PLEASE TELL me all the steps.
1. Deactivate all plugins
2. Switch to the Twenty Eleven theme.
If this resolves your tags and toolbar problems, then re-activate the plugins one by one – checking the tags and toolbar functionality after each re-activation – until you find the problematic plugin(s).
If the tags and toolbar functionality is fine with all plugins re-activated, switch back to your old theme and check the tags and toolbar functionality again.
Then post back with the results of this.
