   I have searched and nothing listed works for me. The answer is probably there but I haven't understood it.

   Here is my dilemma:
   I need the RSS feed url for individual author's posts so I can enter them into a feed aggregator on another site.

   The base url of the blog is http://logical-vehicles.org/tour13blog/

   permalinks are set to default, if that makes any difference.

   At the moment I only have two authors. sean and luc.

   The browser url for sean (me) is http://logical-vehicles.org/tour13blog/?author=2

   I have tried http://logical-vehicles.org/tour13blog/author/sean/feed but that folder structure doesn't exist.

   Another site said "just add this code to your side bar" Huh? All I can add to the side bar are ready made widgets and none of them do what I need.

   Help me Geeky-Won-Kenobe, you are my only hope!

   really?

   no help here at all?

   not even a "please explane you problem in other word?

   Can someone suggest another forum where one could go to get WordPress help?

   The problem was that I had the PermaLinks set to Default. I had found in searches of this forum that they should be "on" or "set" but didn't make the connection.
