nOOb question cannot login to admin site

    When trying to login at the /wp-admin site (1st time) using the Admin Username and Admin password as cut-and-pasted from the “New WordPress Installation” e-mail, I get the error message, “Incorrect Password.”

    What might be the problem and solution? Thank you for your time!

    dude search for emergency.php in google dow what the guy
    says to recover you password it works

    Thanks itdaddy1 and moshu. The problem was of my own making. I had inadvertently created two WP accounts thinking that the first session had been incomplete (as it was interrupted by a loss of connection due to my firewall, which has been overly assertive lately).
