Nonstandard way of uninstalling WP

I had WP installed at http://www.gogreenmedium.com, but stopped using the site. I contacted my web host and asked them to make http://www.wet-llc.org (not developed yet) my primary account URL. Now WP is oddly showing on http://www.wet-llc.org and I can’t log in to uninstall it.

How can I now uninstall WP and remove all it’s files from my file directory?

By the way, I also have another site (www.ramblingserenity.com) that used WP and I don’t want to remove those WP files.
