   I was working on my site and notices that my urls for my pages reverted back to numbers instead of the page title. I changed one back on the permalinks and all of them reverted AGAIN to the page title, but now I'm getting an error 404. I only changed one page.

   Everything is working for me now; are you still having this issue? If so, can you provide a link that is producing a 404?
