    Other Information:

    version of this plugin: 5.5.2
    BuddyPress: 1.9.1
    Theme My Login: 6.3.9

I can log in as a registered user and book an event without a problem. I cannot book an event as an unregistered user. I don’t get an error message. I get the “progress wheel” and nothing happens. As I said, no error, no system message. Nothing.

    Options set as follows –
    Enable non-user mode: No
Allow bookings with registered email: No
Assign bookings to: I created a special account called BookingMaster, a subscriber. only subscriber accounts are displayed in the list box.

This is our test site and we are planning to upgrade our current production site ASAP. The only difference between the test site and the production site is that the production site uses Word Press 3.7.1. The Event Manager plugin is configured identically – with two exceptions:

    1. It doesn’t user BuddyPress.
    2. Non-User Booking Mode options are the same except “Assign Bookings to:” is set to 309 – whatever that is.

Any idea what is going on?

It seems I have resolved the problem.

Apparently, BuddyPress won’t let a generic subscriber act as the booking account.

Here’s how I solved the problem:

    1. I created a “dummy account” called Booking Master.

    2. As far as Word Press is concerned, this account is a subscriber.

    3. I edited the account and set the BuddyPress permissions to Keymaster.

I then tried to register for an event as a “non-registered” person. It worked without a problem.
