[resolved] Non-printable characters in my header.php? (2 posts)

Hello! I'm trying to upload my first theme to WordPress.org, and my theme is nearly ready! My upload is only throwing one error which states that there's a non-printable character in my header.php file. I'm assuming it's a quotation mark or apostrophe that's in the wrong format, but I can't find it anywhere!

Is there a tool to find these non-printable characters?

    Thanks for any advice!

For anyone experiencing this same problem:

Install the Theme-Check plugin! I ran this plugin and it told me the exact line that the non-printable character was appearing on. Voila! The problem was easily solved!
