    Hi,

On the premise that maybe someone else has already run across something which I haven’t noticed so far, I’d welcome input regarding collaborative OSS software.

I need it for a non-profit online association/club, and it should enable the board to work – online – on projects, to enable members and board to hold online meetings including chat and voting/surveying and additionally a couple of info pages and forms (membership application etc.) ought to be possible.

There are single solutions for each of that (project software like phpcollab, chat like PHPmychat and PHPSurveyor for voting, WP e.g. for news, forms and pages), but what I’d prefer is a complete solution which needs just one registration and login.

I suspect that grassroots groups or online clubs might have the right kind of softwares, but unfortunately so far my search hasn’t turned up any likely candidate. Maybe you already met with one?

You are talking about something more than WP. WP is great for what it does but you are needing a full CMS with workgroup add ins.

I run Drupal and CivicSpace. I prefer CivicSpace because it has the plugins already set to go for the items you are talking about. Check out http://www.CivicSpaceLabs.org.
