I would like to know more about nofollow attribute. Do you guys use it in your posts? Let say I write a post about something and promote a link to google. Should I use nofollow or no? I want to increase page rank and not to lose it at the same time. I have seen many blogs that had high page rank but they don't use nofollow in posts. So how do they keep a high page rank and don't lose it?

In your posts and pages, nofollow has to be added. In your comments, WP puts in nofollow by default, to whack spammers efficacy.
If you don't want it in your posts, don't put it in.
Now... SHOULD you use them? Not in your posts. Always in your comments :)

Posted 2 years ago #The general consensus about nofollow is that it doesn't do anything. Google considers most "nofollow" links to be paid advertisements.
