So I just upgraded three blogs to wordpress 2.5, two of them work great and the whole process was a breeze. But on my personal blog I don't get any of the WYSIWYG posting options.
I believe I was on 2.3 before upgrading, any idea what could be the problem here?

Have you checked the "Visual Editor" Option? You find it at the top of your Profile page: In the admin-zone, click on your username at the top right to go there.

Hi, I'm sorry...I'm not new to WP, but have been having this problem forever!
At one point in time I wanted to post a video on my blog. In order to get it to do it correctly, I had to turn WYSIWYG off. I posted it, it was fine, and then I went back in and checked the box on my profile. HOWEVER...I've never been able to get it back. I'm stuck in the HTML mode, and I've trashed the site and reloaded, and I still can't get it back.
Any ideas? It's just frustrating!

Same here!! It happened after uploading some photos. What can we do to fix this? I'm running WP 2.6.2
