   I have just download the berita theme from bizzartic.com and it has no wp-config.php file or any files begging with wp- how do I make an install... doh! figured it out been a long morning :]

   A wp-config.php file is not directly related to a WordPress theme. Not to sound too simple, but have you got your default WordPress blog setup already?

   If so, here is more direction on getting a theme setup: http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Themes

   If not, here is how you can get your WordPress blog setup:

   Thanks Anthony. Just back from the holidays and completely forgot how to set up a new WordPress blog. My memory kicked back in again after a few cups of tea :]
