So I've been trying to get a client's Twitter feed to display on their site, and have had no luck with any method, including this plugin, which at least supports API 1.1. Despite creating the app through Twitter (I did leave the callback blank) and entering all the settings, I'm still getting the "no tweets found" error. The host is GoDaddy (I know, not my choice), who, according to their docs, support cURL.
Maybe this is helpful: I tried straight-up using Twitter's Embdedded Timeline widget (within a widget on our site) as well, and all I got was the "Tweets from @[client]" "error," and the only thing in their docs about that is that the domain wasn't whitelisted when creating the widget. Domain whitelisting is no longer supported by the API. So.
