Hello im kind of new to wordpress and started a blog 2 weeks ago http://www.thegadgetnation.com and ive been getting less then 3 hits a day since ive started. I am also indexed by google so what am i doing wrong?

I'm sure you will be pretty far down googles list for gadgets or tech, so people won't find you in a google search......

Two weeks is nowhere near enough time to start panicking about low traffic. If it's still like that in 6 months, you may have something to worry about.
How many inbound links do you have? Have you started any kind of reciprocal link campaign? Written articles for other high-profile blogs? Contributed to related forums? It's not like Field of Dreams. If you build a web site, they will not come. You have to go out there and stir up some interest.
