   I changed my server and after the swith (and the upgrade to WP 3.4.1) I don't have thumbnails in "add media" anymore (as you can see here: http://postimage.org/image/4yw3od817/ ).
   The thumbnails exists but doesn't shows in "add media". Any idea how to fix this?

   Same issue. Had it a while and now when I upload images I get fatal error out of memory. I've scoured the forums and have not found a fix :(
