No text on edit image box

    I installed 2.7 and when I click and image to get an properties, on the options I get text like
    {#wpeditimage.caption} instead of Enter caption and other things, I tried to reinstall automatically but I get a message saying your are already uptodate…. Any ideas?

    I’m getting that, too. Only when clicking on the edit icon in the wysiwyg editor. When I go to upload > gallery, everything displays properly.

    I disabled plugins to see if it was a jquery conflict, but then I realized that all the other plugins and themes I have installed are using WP’s jquery library.

    I don’t have time to post a screenshot now, but I can come back later tonight and post one.

    Yes we have the exact same problem, did u try to re upload files, i had to download an extractor as the .zip file kept crashing windows vista when extracting

    Aah yeah. Re-uploading the wp-includes folder fixed it for me.
