No support for blocking bugs

I really liked this plugin until we found a big blocking bug: When customizing the google analytics code (in the before tracking initialization textbox), some HTML characters are introduced that make the javascript code crash.
We reported it on the forum. But there was no support on the forum in more than a week, so that we got back to manual, inserted the code in the header.php, deleted the plugin forever and that works perfectly.
