I contacted them through e-mail, posted on their FB fan page wall.
No response through either channels.
I don’t notice the theme author replying to issues addressed in the support forum here either.
Please correct me if I’m mistaken.
The theme is good but has quite some bugs. Not sure what the theme author his goals are at this point. Maybe to busy or no longer interested to produce wordpress products.
A key factor for a good product is good support which is lacking here.
Not all theme authors offer email support for their free themes (I know I don’t). Try posting in https://wordpress.org/support/theme/simply-vision
