• I had an issue and post a question in the forums, nothing in 4 days, when I told in the forums that I wasn’t able to wait and I was uninstalling, the developer told me “That is a good Solution for you…”
    Nice Customer Service, even if you are offering this plugin for free, you can let your customers/users aware that your are no going to be available for the time being.

    If you cannot understand that some people have some family time during Christmas, … Sorry. I don’t have any commitment to publish my personal schedule here just because I offer a plugin for free.

    If you had visited the plugin support website (http://customer-area.marvinlabs.com/support), you would have seen that support was closed during that time. Just like it is closed during night time. Or maybe I should also watch forum here at night and during week-ends?

    Finally, to be a customer, you would have to pay for something… This is free. Just have some respect for what is gifted to you and encourage developers rather than just throwing stones at them.

    I can not disagree more with facupuig. This plugin has on of the best supports I have ever seen.
